We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Accounting & Tax Specialist (with a focus on digitalization). You will be part of a team that combines strong accounting expertise with a forward-thinking approach to digital finance, contributing directly to the evolution of our financial processes and systems.
🔎 Key Responsibilities
You will play an important role in ensuring the integrity of accounting, tax compliance, and the digital transformation of financial processes. Your responsibilities will include:
Accounting & Tax Management:
Manage the full accounting cycle (end-to-end).
Prepare and submit tax filings:
VAT (303)
Withholding taxes (111, 190)
Corporate Income Tax (200)
Other required tax models
Perform monthly and annual closing processes.
Carry out bank reconciliations.
Support and coordinate financial audits.
Digitalization & Systems:
Work daily with A3innuva Contabilidad / A3ERP.
Lead and support the implementation of electronic invoicing.
Drive automation of administrative and accounting processes.
Contribute to the digitalization and optimization of financial workflows.
📋 Required Skills and Experience
Education:
Degree in Business Administration (ADE), Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Experience:
4–6 years of experience in a similar role.
A strong fit for this role would be candidates coming from gestoría environments, with solid experience in accounting and tax management, ideally working with tech or SaaS companies.
Hands-on experience in financial digitalization initiatives (such as electronic invoicing or accounting digitalization).
Proven experience working with A3innuva (key requirement).
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of Spanish GAAP (PGC).
Up-to-date understanding of Spanish tax regulations.
Experience with SII (Immediate Supply of Information).
Familiarity with anti-fraud law and VeriFactu systems.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience with digital tools, automation, and financial systems.
Soft Skills:
High level of autonomy and responsibility.
Proactive mindset, especially in process improvement and implementation.
Strong analytical thinking.
Attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with non-financial stakeholders.
Professional level of English.
EU work permit is a must
Nice to Have:
Experience scaling financial processes in fast-growing environments.
Participation in accounting digitalization or transformation projects.
Knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
Experience improving and structuring financial operations in tech-driven companies.
