We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced International Recruiter to join our global talent team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, identifying, and hiring top candidates from diverse international markets, ensuring our organization has the talent needed to tackle global challenges. You will work closely with multicultural teams and act as a key player in delivering an effective recruitment process aligned with business needs.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment: Identify, attract, interview, and hire candidates for key international roles.
• Global sourcing strategies: Implement innovative strategies to attract talent from different regions using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, international job portals, and social media.
• Stakeholder relations: Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to understand each region's specific needs and ensure an effective selection process.
• International talent management: Build and maintain a global talent pipeline to fill both current and future vacancies.
• Collaboration with agencies: Manage relationships with recruitment agencies for open positions and oversee invoicing.
• Onboarding & post-hiring support: Ensure smooth onboarding, track probation periods, and manage employee database updates.
• Legal compliance: Ensure that all hiring processes comply with local and international labor laws, including work permits and visa requirements.
• Employer branding: Promote the company’s employer brand in international markets to attract top talent.
• Analysis & reporting: Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics KPIs (time-to-hire, quality of hire, etc.) and provide periodic reports to management.

📋 Required Skills and Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: At least 3 years as a recruiter, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.

Languages: Fluent in Spanish and Fluent English (C1 or higher); additional languages are a plus.

Skills:

• Strong ability to identify talent in diverse markets.
• Deep knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS platforms (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Proven experience working with key recruitment KPIs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Adaptability to work with multicultural teams across different time zones.
• Familiarity with international visa and work permit regulations is an advantage.

EU work permit is a must
