We are looking for a proactive, creative, and resolutive Customer Experience Specialist to join our Customer Experience Department. Your mission will be to ensure our customers successfully adopt and maximize the value of Doofinder. You will engage with them through meetings, webinars, and ongoing support, helping them understand and leverage the full potential of our platform.


🔎 Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive experience by email, calls and 1:1 meets.
  • Conduct customer onboarding sessions to ensure a smooth product adoption process.
  • Organize and host webinars and training sessions to educate customers on best practices.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to optimize their use of Doofinder.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements for the product and customer journey to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.


📋 Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Support, Customer Success, Account Management, etc.).
  • Problem-solving mindset with a resolutive and proactive approach.
  • Passion for helping customers succeed and a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
  • Comfortable leading webinars, training sessions, and meetings.
  • Creativity to improve the customer experience and ensure engagement.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish…… (additional languages are a plus)


EU work permit is a must

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in SaaS or e-commerce environments.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Freshdesk, CRM tools, or customer engagement platforms.
  • Knowledge of data analysis to track customer success metrics


Languages

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Additional languages are a plus
