We are looking for a self-motivated and dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team of Product Specialists. Your mission? To provide exceptional technical support, ensuring our clients get the most out of Doofinder’s solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced SaaS environment, developing technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills while collaborating with different business areas.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients, identifying and resolving web-based application issues.
• Troubleshoot and analyze technical challenges, ensuring efficient solutions.
• Communicate complex technical topics in a clear and customer-friendly manner.
• Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and enhance user experience.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a solution-oriented mindset.
• Take initiative, work independently, and contribute to team success.

📋 Required Skills and Experience

• Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English.
• A curious, proactive, and hardworking attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical approach.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Integrity, ethical values, and a commitment to excellence.
• Passion for technology, SaaS, and eCommerce.

EU work permit is a must

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Elixir, PHP, Java, Python or any other programming language.
• Experience in technical problem-solving or web technologies.
• Training in web-based technologies or programming.

Languages

• Fluent in English.
• Fluent in Spanish.
